New Graduate Program
- An eight week, structured orientation with a preceptor
- Positions offered on Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Unit
- Nurse/Patient Ratio 1: 6 on day shift and night shift
- Monthly meetings to evaluate preceptorship and experience
- Specialty preceptorships offered after one year of acute experience
- Scholarships available for the last two semesters of nursing school
Nurse Apprentice Program
- Must be a full time nursing student enrolled in a nursing program approved by the Nevada State Board of Nursing
- A nurse apprentice may perform skills indentified on Nevada State Board Nurse Apprentice Skills specific to MountainView Hospital
- Positions offered on Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Unit
- Flexible per diem & day shift hours
- Scholarships available for the last two semesters of nursing school
