Midwifery Services at MountainView Hospital
MountainView Hospital offers Certified Nurse Midwives as a holistic alternative to traditional labor and delivery services. Midwives are trained healthcare professionals who provide care to women throughout their pregnancy and during the delivery process. They work hand-in-hand with the highly skilled Women’s Services Team at MountainView, which includes obstetricians and gynecological physicians, registered nurses and ancillary staff. Certified Nurse Midwives provide education to mothers-to-be and their families, and can support the family in the many decisions that must be made during the delivery process.
